In 1976, I made my first drawings of San Francisco while visiting a college friend who lived here. Six years later, I moved from Oregon, and this city became my home. Since then, one of my great pleasures has been wandering around San Francisco, stopping to make drawings and plein air watercolors of the buildings and magnificent vistas. Some of these works have been transformed into acrylic paintings. Hundreds more remain as pencil and ink drawings, and watercolors.
